- Do you take walk-ins, or do I need an appointment?
- Walk-ins only — no appointments, no app, no waitlist. Stop by any day we're open and you'll usually be in the chair within ten minutes.
- How much is a haircut?
- $15 for a regular haircut, $20 for a fade, $5 for a beard line-up, $25 for a straight razor shave, and $40 for men's color (by appointment).
- Do you take credit cards?
- Cash only. There's an ATM right across the street if you need one.
- Where are you located?
- 114 North Beverwyck Road, Lake Hiawatha, NJ 07034 — right in the heart of Parsippany-Troy Hills, a few minutes from Boonton, Mountain Lakes, and Denville.
- What are your hours?
- Tuesday through Friday 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Closed Sunday and Monday. Holidays vary — give us a ring at (973) 335-1220 if you're unsure.
- Do you cut kids' hair?
- Absolutely. Our barbers have plenty of patience for the little ones — we've been cutting hair for families in the neighborhood for decades.
- Do you do fades, tapers, or modern styles?
- Yes. Fades are $20 and we also do classic scissor and clipper cuts, tapers, and line-ups. Just tell your barber what you want.
- How long has Sal's been around?
- Sal opened the shop on North Beverwyck Road in 1972. 50+ years later, we're still family-owned and still on the same block.
- Do you do beard trims and lineups?
- Yes — beard line-ups are $5, and a full straight razor shave is $25 with a hot towel. Just ask your barber.
- Is there parking?
- Yes — we have our own parking lot, and there's additional parking along the street.
